Look kids! Big Ben! & THANK YOU JAMES!!!!

Well my time has come to say goodby to Great Brittan! Tomorrow I am on a train to Brussels via the Chunnel - yes Kristie I am taking a train UNDERWATER - AHHH! I will be fine I promise.

I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to all of Lindseys wonderful friends who hosted us and showed us around for my time in England. Most specifically I would like to thank James (pictured above with me and Lindsey in Scotland) for all of his wonderful and generous hospitality. You are awesome and I am going to send you a flat screen TV for your graduation from Med school this summer :) You need it so you can watch medic shows and learn bedside manner from House. Thank you thank you thank you!

St. Patricks Day in Ireland!

Um, yum GUINESS! I don't know about Christmas in Kilarney but St. Patrick's day in Kilarney, Ireland is awesome! Anyone who tells you that the Irish don't celebrate St. Patricks day is a liar. We were driving across the country and got stopped for parades. 650,000 people showed up in Dublin for their parade. The whole country takes the day off to party. Like I said, awesome!

Above you see that Batgirl had her fill - I told her to pace herself but to no avail, she was done by 7pm ouch! Whitney and I made it till all the kegs were dry! We were actually just waiting for the next delivery.....

Hope you all enjoyed your Paddys day as much as we did!

Batgirl at the Queen's House!

So since my last blog, Whitney and Kristie have come and gone, we went to Ireland for St. Patricks day (pics forthcoming) and we went to hang in London for a few days! Above you see Batgirl on the way into Buckingham Palace to have tea with the Queen, the rest of us were not invited (which is why you see us waiting outside the gate, from the left Me, my sister Lindsey, my sister Whitney, my part time sister/best friend Kristie), but she said it went well -as one would imagine most of the coversation was about fighting crime in the UK and how she would be happy to lend a hand whenever she was needed across the pond.

We also saw Big Ben, the London Eye and the National Portrait gallery - Photo of Patrick Stewart (or Captian Jean Luc Picard) was the Portrait of the month! Whoo hoo!

Well soon I will be leaving the island for greater Europe - I will let you know where I am going once I figure that out myself. Miss you all!

Batgirl in Scotland!

Kilts, haggis and wiskey is the life for me!

Edinburgh, Scotland, the perfect place for a night owl like Batgirl. With a serious nightlife involving scottish wiskey pouring from the fountians and ghosts around every haunting corner this place was a ton of fun. The old town is seriously old with huge stone buildings lineing the winding hilly streets and a bonifide castle at the end of the Royal Mile.

Lindsey, her friend James and I spent the last weekend here and we got sun, rain, snow and hail all within 24 hours. It was sweet. Totally somewhere I would reccomend to anybody who might find themselves in the area, meaning this hemisphere. Batgirl seal of approval = Love it!

Batgirl in Milano

Batgirl in front of the Duomo di Milano, the hotspot for all things shopping and fashion. Here is wehre the world comes for designer shopping. Every street is lined with the most expensive shops I have seen in my life and it is awesome! The cathedral (or Duomo) in the background is pretty fablous as well. This was my last day in Italy, but I will return for sure!
